Many Thanks, New Releases - 4/12/10 plus a FREEBIE for YOU!

This is going to be a somewhat short post but I want to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers over the last couple of weeks while my daughter was in the hospital. She was admitted April 1st due to a 30% loss of lung function and she had lost a considerable amount of weight since December. She has Cystic Fibrosis. (Learn more here: http://www.cff.org/ ) Well, after 12 very long, very tiring days and nights, she finally got to come home today! While she was there, she put on 8 pounds with the help of Lipids that they just pumped right into her, along with all of the other antibiotics and stuff. She is feeling much better although her lung finction is not as high as it once was, but I am hopeful that over time, maybe she will be able to regain that. This was her very first hopitalization like this, and we are hoping that it will be her last!

Songbird Avenue & Cystic Fibrosis

Some of you may know already that my daughter, Kaytelynn, has Cystic Fibrosis so this post is very near and dear to my heart. Pure happiness for me would be that they find a cure for CF!

Songbird Avenue has teamed up with Two Sisters Designs, Angela and Emily Powers, for September's kit called "Autumn Woods". 100% of this month's profits will benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. The kit is only available for the month of September so grab it now!!
